FREQUENTLY ASKED

What if I can't train 3 times a week every week? +

That's completely fine — life happens! The TG Method is designed around your real schedule. If you have a busy week, we adjust. The programme flexes with you, not against you. That's the whole point.

Do I need to be experienced to start? +

Not at all. Whether you're a complete beginner or you've been training for years, the coaching is fully personalised to your level. We meet you where you are and progress from there.

What's the difference between the two plans? +

Bespoke Lite gives you 3 expertly programmed sessions per week with written check-ins — perfect for most people. Fully Bespoke is for those who want unlimited sessions, video feedback, movement reviews and the most individualised coaching experience possible.

How does the in-app coaching work? +

You'll receive your programming through an app where you can log sessions, track progress, and message me directly. It keeps everything in one place and means you always have coaching support in your pocket.

Is there a minimum commitment? +

I ask for a minimum of 3 months. Real, lasting results take consistency, and I want to make sure we have enough time to see genuine progress together. After that, it's month-to-month.

Can I switch plans later? +

Absolutely. If you start on Bespoke Lite and decide you want the full experience, we can upgrade you anytime. Just let me know during your check-in.
